TOMAHAWK BOXSticky chicken wings Preheat your oven at 200°C. Place your chicken wings on a baking tray, cover with BBQ sauce and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery Tomahawk steak Preheat your oven at 200°C. Place tomahawk steak on a baking tray and cook for 10 min for midium rare | 15min for medium | 30min for well done. Potato & fennel gratin & Sprouted broccoli Bake in the oven for 15 inutes at 180°C. Almond & hazelnut chocolate mousse brownie Ready to enjoy. |
FISH BOXPrawn Pil Pil In a small frying pan, heat your oil until it's almost smoking. Pan-fry prawns on both sides with chilli oil. Add herbs, garlic, spring onion, chilli, parsley and wine and cook for 1 minute. Serve with toasted sourdough bread. Black sole Preheat your oven at 200°C. Heat up your pan with a spoon of olive oil until it's hot. Sear your fish on both sides ( 1 min on each side). Remove from pan and place it on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C. Serve with chimichuri sauce. Potato & fennel gratin & Sprouted broccoli Bake in the oven for 15 inutes at 180°C. Caramel cheesecake Ready to enjoy. |
