Baked Fresh Herbed Fillet of Salmon
with Watermelon, Sundried Tomato, Feta & Rocket in Lemon & Olive Oil Dressing.
This dish is rich in Omega 3, Fatty acids which are known for their anti inflammatory & anti carcinogenic properties. The watermelon despite it’s high sugar levels is rich in vitamins such as beta carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B5, it is also a source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium.
