Welcome to bay
Bay Restaurant opened in summer 2003 by local sisters who were born and raised in Clontarf. We wanted to open a restaurant that would provide good value food made from the freshest ingredients available to us.
We would like you to remember us as a casual dining experience in warm surroundings with lovely views of Dublin Bay.
Our Head Chef, Foued Belabbs, has been with us for the past 6 years. Foued is from Algeria and has worked in Montreal, California and Canada where he had his own restaurant for 3 years.
We offer a health conscious menu offering a wide selection of salads, fish and lean meat. Our newest endeavour to keep things fresh is to open our own herb garden located to the rear of the restaurant.
We source all our ingredients locally. We buy in fresh fish daily from kish fish and dorans of howth comes from Vernon stores around the corner.
All our meat is 100% Irish.
